Sarah and Nathan made a great team and it was wonderful seeing such a hardworking duo co-ordinate set builds and set dressings simultaneously.

I assisted both the bump ins and bumps outs, and learned to put carpet tiles together so it didn’t look odd (there is a process to it!), properly moving flats according to plan, and drilling braces to support the flats.

What was interesting to me was being creative with wallpaper alternatives. Given that we couldn’t wallpaper a pre-existing location (which happened to be the Producer’s home), Sarah came up with the ingenious plan to use corflute and vinyl stickers with a wallpaper design on it. My job was to help put that up on existing walls to make it blend seamlessly. Can you tell which is the fake wallpaper?
