Scaled Model for Willy Wonka (VCA University Assignment)

For Charlie Bucket’s home, I completed various drafts of the scaled model at 1:20. Beginning with a sketch with colour, then a Vectorworks set design, white card model, followed by a mixture of cardboard materials to give it a rougher look, before finishing with the final version.

I hand painted the scenic finishing for the roof to give it a rusted corrugated iron look. The furniture I cut from white card, painting to look like wood and glued together.
